Requirements:

US Account Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven US Account Manager to oversee and grow client relationships within the US staffing market. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to expand business with existing and new clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for US-based clients, ensuring seamless service delivery and long-term partnerships.
- Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with US-based clients in the staffing industry.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, ensuring timely responses and issue resolution. - Understand client hiring needs and collaborate with recruitment teams to deliver high-quality candidates.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and upselling services.
